I've ordered bouquets on two separate occasions; 'Sweet 16' for my niece and 'Happy 50th Birthday' for my sister in law. Both were BEYOND gorgeous!!! I called from out of state, spoke with a Ms. Kim, told her how much I wanted to spend and the types and colors of flowers I preferred and what I did NOT like. She said "Trust Me" and I did. Again, BEYOND wonderful!!!

The customer service I just received over the phone was overwhelmingly amazing. I spoke to a gentlemen who was beyond helpful. He created a custom order for me, cheaper than anything that was quoted online. He even checked the flowers in the back to see what was the freshest. I can’t wait to see the arrangement. Will definitely be using this company again!

Update: 2 days later: the flowers were delivered and absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better arrangement, especially for the price. Great quality, great customer service, on-time delivery, great price. What more could you ask for?!
