Walmart Supercenter

It was good, actually. I got in and got out. Even though the lines were crazy. The workers actually managed the lines very well. I am one of the ones who say, "I hate going to walmart." But today was good. Please keep it up because I like how the workers are actually working. They must have hired new employees because it was terrible before.

I want to thank The Walmart Employee, Jasmine who was working the self check out this afternoon. The card reader was not working properly and she came and worked diligently for over 30 min helping us get our items paid for. She even removed and re-rang every item for us. She did not seem aggravated or irritated to help us at all. The best part was, she did it with a smile on her face and joy in her heart. That is what great customer service is supposed to be. Thank you jasmine for reminding me that people do still have pride in their jobs and that customer service is not dead.
