I was very happy with the incredibly friendly and professional staff at this office. I was seen by Dr. Cook, a dentist from another office within this group, who was wonderfully personable!!! She was a great conversationalist and has a fabulous sense of humor but most importantly she did the work in my mouth efficiently, gently, and thoroughly. I always love seeing Jordan the dental assistant. She cares so much about her patients! When I go to the dentist I feel like I am going home to family! They always do a great job in a timely manner and make you feel right at home! I am very pleased with the work that was done on my teeth.

The professionalism and friendliness of the entire staff are outstanding. Although I am followed by Dr. Jordan for regular check-ups, this visit was for an emergency exam. I was seen asap despite the holidays. Dr. Jordan was re-assuring as to the follow-up procedure. I highly recommend Palmetto Family Dentistry.
