Elevated Eyecare

Went for standard eye exam. They had an open appointment the same day I called and even the next day. No waiting a month to be seen. Every single staff member had great customer service, very polite, and was very knowledgable.
Did not have to wait long to be called back.
Overall an amazing experience & I will be using them in the future.

I had a great experience with the assistant today; she was very patient and caring. She helped ease any anxiety and tension that I usually have when I go to the eye doctor by thoroughly explaining and making sure I understood the procedures and their purposes. Today was my first time visiting Elevate Eye Care with my husband snd we were both so impressed! The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. They took good care of us, and they didn’t waste our time.

Super impressed with their customer service and overall kindness to people. My entire family will now be patients here. So many medical facilities lack patient care and support. Kudos to elevated eye care for going the extra mile and showing their patients excellent service.
