(August 24, 2017, 7:09 pm)My brother's success with the program got my attention. I had to do something. Started the plan in 2014 at 207 lbs and feeling miserably overweight. Have kept weight off. Weighed in at 166 lbs today in 2017 (original 2014 goal weight 165 achieved way back in the beginning). It was a life changer
