(May 29, 2023, 11:07 am)Excellent service the girl Soraya really helped me out, and she’s really friendly. she was dealing with a rude customer and she kept her cool even though I know it was bothering her. she deserves nothing more then a true raise!!!! after she dealt with the Karen she helped me with a smile! She has excellent communication skills we talked and talked while she was helping me she convinced me to get a double piercing and I DO NOT regret it one bit! They’re under new management and I can tell she loves this job even at a new location with new type of customers she’s adapting very well! I can’t stress this enough go to Claire’s and talk to Soraya she will have you looking good and doing right!!!!
(November 9, 2022, 8:55 pm)At first, I was skeptical to visit this location because of the reviews i read beforehand but I am very pleased with my visit today. I went in to get my baby's ears pierced. Susana was very helpful and patient with me. I'm not sure the name of the brown skinned girl that was also there but when I asked if she could record it for me, she was happy to help. Thankfully, my husband made it so she didn't have to. I would definitely visit this location again. They both seemed to be having a difficult day but still delivered good customer service.
