Todd took care of my insurance needs in a timely and professional manner, I could not ask for better service

My husband and I have used Todd's agency for the past 18 years and are completely satisfied with their service. The professional, competent and caring staff goes above and beyond to satisfy the needs of their clients.

No problems with Todd Croker. Allstate claims could use some refinement. I have, half jokingly, mentioned that if Allstate claims was as efficient as their billing system, Allstate would not have any competition.

Wow, too many things to say. I’ve been with them since 1985, or maybe earlier. I’ve had and still have numerous cars, my teens had numerous claims. I had a roof replaced and a burglary. My rates stayed consistent and there has never been a negative response about any of my claims. All claims were settled quickly and according to my policy and I was always treated with the utmost respect. I’m obviously not looking around for better rates.
