Health Choice Urgent Care - Grayson

Great service. Used the online check in and waited maybe 10 min once we got there. The NP was super nice and informative and seemed to actually care. The location was very clean and bright. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Very convenient and fast. No long wait times like a typical ER at the hospital. With no appointment I walked in and was seen in 30 minutes. Staff was nice, place was clean and physician was courteous and attentive to my needs. She offered me multiple treatments as backup options in case the least aggressive treatment didn’t work. Will definitely go here for unscheduled medical necessity.

I would like to thank everyone at the Grayson location for their professionalism in how they treated me on my visit. I went in to get my DOT Physical to which I was having problems with with another well known Clinic. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Explained why I was there and within a few minutes after checking in, I was called back to be looked at. After 45 minutes, I was walking out with my medical card with no problems mentioned like I had at the last well known Clinic. Everyone treated me with respect as well as I to them. I am definitely going back for any medical issue that I may have. "Thank you to everyone at the Grayson location!" I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any medical attention.

Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care or any doctor’s office when sick. They do a great job of scheduling that minimizes wait time and being around other patients. I’ve been here 4 times so far between 2 kids and myself, had a different Doctor each time but all were thoughtful and kept comfort and what would likely happen next as illness progressed in mind. This location is my go to when we find ourselves miserably ill on a weekend or too late in the day to get into our primary doctor office.

Excellent, professional and courteous staff. No delays and everything was handled with the customer service experience and satisfaction at the forefront. I really forgot I was in an urgent care center the way I was treated. 5 stars well deserved. Thank you
