I took my lap top in which I previously dropped and bent the frame. As we are exploring my options, I noticed him screwing in pins where the lap top had separated. I also had a key missing which we discussed the repair of as well. After running the numbers, he suggested options that in all honesty greatly limited the income he could earn which was unusual to me! I don't have the newest Lenovo lap top and it became painfully obvious that it would probably be wiser to continue to use this one until I'm ready to upgrade as it still worked. After making my mind up to keep my lap top as is, I asked him for my total for the repair he'd made thus far and for professionally articulating my options which helped tremendously. His response was, no charge! He asked that I simply consider him if and when the need arose for some other repair. I'm not writing this long essay of a review because I got something for free but rather, it's rare to find a business that truly cares for people more than their bottom line.
