Tender Personal Care Home

Tender Personal Care Home was the answer to our prayers. My grandfather is receiving excellent care. Mary and her staff are compassionate caregivers that treat each resident like family. It truly feels like home.

Tender Personal Care Home is top notch. Mary makes a constant effort to keep my Mom comfortable, happy, and engaged. Mary takes an active role in keeping the caregivers on the same page, keeps them up to date with needed changes in her health needs from the doctor or her personal requests, and continuously helps to keep Mom involved and asks her her feedback, as well. This always helps to make my mother feel important and special. The caregivers are very diligent in keeping track of Mom's medications. Mary and the caregivers often review the medications to ensure a very precise dosing regimen. This was very important for me when considering care for her prior to choosing a home due to the number of medications Mom takes. I am always impressed with their level of care. The caregivers are gentle, caring, and present. The have discussions at the table during their family style meals. They have fun, they laugh, and they watch Hallmark on TV in the living room, as a family and my Mom loves it. It reminds her of home when we were all still at home with her. Reading by the lake view from the living room is also a daily activity that my mom enjoys very much. Mom is continuously impressed and she continues to express her satisfaction in the care she receives from the caregivers. The caregivers keep the house immaculate, they also keep Mom's laundry clean. She never has any dirty clothes in her hamper. Mom loves her healthy meal options, and they accept her special request for different fruit when the seasons change. They always have wonderful dessert options for the other residents too, but my Mom will not eat any sugar. Mom loves her showers and the care and safety they take in ensuring she is happy with her shower schedule and the products she uses. Tender Personal Care Home is absolutely the best place in the world when it comes time to find more care for your parent. They ensure continuous safety for Mom while she is using her wheelchair for moving around the house and toilet transfers. I could go on and on about all the wonderful things we have experienced with Mom being here.

We have been so pleased with the care our loved one is receiving from Mary, Daniel and the staff. They are wonderful people and do so much to make their residents feel comfortable and happy. Knowing our loved one is so well taken care of helps to put our minds at ease as she and we go through this final stage of her life. Holiday celebrations are a joy to behold, as Mary always does such a beautiful job with the decorations and treats. We feel blessed to have found Tender Personal Care Home!

Our family thinks that Tender Care is the best place for our mother. Mary and her staff are caring and dedicated. The home is beautiful and clean. Someone in our family visits mom almost everyday and we enjoy many celebrations, parties, and meals with the residents, staff, and other visitors. Highly recommended.

Extraordinary care. Residents “shine” they are so cared for: spotlessly clean, engaged by their caregivers in everyday activities. We chose to have our family member remain in their care despite a serious illness with antibiotic and oxygen ordered by the doctor who makes house calls there. Amazing recovery with out having to leave familiar surroundings.
Responsible, competent care giving. We are informed about every significant event and sent pictures of parties, holiday events, or just afternoons relaxing on the deck.
One of our family visits every day. We are there so often I am sure when I write that my Parent receives extraordinary care from a team of intelligent, trained, experienced care givers who really care about their residents well being.
