(April 14, 2020, 10:19 am)The crew gave us a time of 7a to 1p and a 30 minute window. They were here at 730a. They were swapping out a built in refrigerator per our Monogran warranty. They were careful to take care of our wood floors by laying down a heavy felt carpet and a plastic mat. Unlike the people who put in the first one, there was 4 people and they used an appliance dolly. I'm not sure why their rating is so low. In addition they had to swap the electrical cord so that it could fit in our recessed outlet. We've been going through a reno and they were by far the nearest. Hate that I couldn't tip them.
