This has been the best Firestone I’ve ever been too! I could not believe the stark contrast of my experience here compared to the multiple other locations I’ve been too. Not only was this the fastest I’ve been taken care of, they really took care of me when it came to billing me. They were VERY nice AND professional and answered all my questions. 10 out of 10

When I got here it was slow. It got busy really quick. Alonzo is the only one working the counter alone mostly. He’s working 2 customers at the same time and answering the phone and greeting people as they walk in as well and answering his co workers. This man is a multi tasking fool.
Lady come in in a panic and tries his hardest to calm her down and get her to focus on what she needs. He sounds harsh but I can hear his really trying to get everyone taken care of as quick as possible.

I come here because the service is great and these guys bust their butts. I know everyone is short staff right now so I may be giving a little more complements then others, but recognize people hustling.

I really hope the higher ups see the good comments as much as they pay attention to the bad

This review is long overdue! Every time that I’ve come here, I’ve had a pleasant experience. All of the guys are thorough and sincere and even give you a little picture to show what’s wrong with the car. One of the guys even found a small transmission leak. I prefer this location over any other. Thanks so much y’all. I really do appreciate everything.
