Active Pest Control

I use Active as my pest control and now recently added their Termite Warranty and treatment. Their termite people are awesome, some of the friendliest people I have ever met, which can be hard to find. They have been very responsive and professional. They looked for ways to make things work for my home and answered any questions I had regarding treatment options. I feel like my home is truly taken care of! They took the time to talk to me and treat me as a person. From the inspection to the treatment/install I have had an easy, non-stressful experience with Active Termite control. Will definitely continue to use them. Highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have had any issues with other services. I worked with Robin and Javier through the termite process. They are wonderful!

We were serviced by Active for 8+ years. Good pest control service. We recently move and within a couple of weeks sentricon system was installed at our new house and is ready to go.

Shaun is fantastic. He has been servicing our home for a few years now, and he’s always really polite, professional, and easy to talk to. He’s helped us through roach issues as well as ants. Generally, he just does our inside and outside maintenance, but he’s always a pleasure to work with.

The professional (“G”)arrived within the approved time frame. “G” was very professional and explained each step as she went along. I was very
happy with her overall approach,professionalism
and knowledge of her position but most importantly her way of dealing with me and my home. She must be one of your best!!!
