Best foot massage ever period !
Tia is absolutely amazing. She is someone that you know is PASSIONATE about helping feel do and actually being healthier. from the moment I walked in until the end, I felt like she completely focused on me and my needs and I truly appreciated it.
She is knowledge and informative and does the perfect balance between talking me through everything and letting me have my moments.
The reflexology felt so amazing that I remember asking her, "how did you learn this" in the middle of it.
The massage itself is undescribable! she was attentive to all of my troubled areas and worked out a few kinks. Afterwards, I felt light and fully aware of my body. I felt blood circulation and in-tune with my body. I suffer from a chronic pinch nerve and one week later I still haven't had any pain, and I am a server. she even recommended some night time stretches to help my sleeping patterns which is also doing wonders. immediately after the massage I went home and I slept for 6 hrs straight which is hard me to do in the middle of the day, but my body was FINALLY able to sleep since stress had been worked through because of the massage. I slept fine that night too.
Honestly, idk what else to say about my experience and Tia except to BOOK WITH HER! BOOK WITH HER! Your body and mind will thank you. I will DEFINITELY be back and will continue to go to Tia.
Tia was AMAZING!! I get foot massages frequently and must say Tia takes you to a whole other level.Her hands are very soft and strong.Perfect amount of pressure. I felt a yoga savasna level of relaxation.So happy I purchased 3 on Groupon.I would of never of have found her.Tia will be seeing me again and again...Thanks Tia!! High recommend!! After just a few sessions with Tia Barrett, foot pain is much less severe and hands are not aching. I'm fortunate to have found her and am looking forward to ongoing sessions. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable on all the healing pressure points for feet and hands. The sessions also help relieve my stress!
