Good experience during a stressful situation. For one, i have a insect phobia so i was completely freaked ok by the sight of so many bugs in my home to the point of an anxiety attack. Contacted NexPro and they were able to come the following day (plus because it was a Sunday) The tech, Jeffery was polite, respectful, professional and informative. I appreciated his communication between him and his boss and the ability to advise of both immediate and long term solutions. They were also very economical for the services. Would recommend.

I had a palmetto bug issue in and around my home, I called NexPro on Sunday and Jeffrey was out at my home the very next morning. Jeffery was very personal and knowledgeable regarding all type of common insects that we deal with in metro Atlanta. He went above and beyond what he was required and was grateful to teach as he worked with spraying the exterior and interior. Would highly recommend NexPro Pest Control to anyone in the metro Atlanta area. BTW I was quoted a price of $125 and after the service the final price was $85, never see that anymore. You now have a loyal customer NexPro!
