Cici's is always clutch!! I went to get a tire fixed this time, but my loyalty comes from them sending a tech to "rescue" me when my tire came off the rim from another incompetent tire shop. I will never use another tire shop again. The only reason I went to another shop was because I had to get to work and cici's was busy that day. It costed me more time and money when I could have just waited. Customer service is stellar!

Though I had a flat tire, but my rim was cracked.... Good customer service...

Very good experience of them for the removal of my tire's and replacing them with all new tires.
