I truly cannot say enough great things about this yoga studio. Perfect for beginners and experienced students alike. With a max of five students per class - WAY offers the perfect level of focus on poses, flexibility and extended benefits. Highly recommend. 💗
I've gone to a lot of great yoga instructors, & Debra is by far the best instructor I have ever been to. Not only is she a very nice lady, she is extremely knowledgeable about yoga & ensures each of her students is able to practice safely, in their own customized routine that she curates ad hoc according to each student's limits & abilities. Due to changes in my schedule & location, I'm no longer able to attend regularly -- and I haven't found a yoga class that comes even close to hers! I'm seriously working on changing my schedule so that I can attend more classes. She's THAT good.
