(March 24, 2023, 2:42 pm)I love coming to this gym , it was the best decision ever it’s super clean the energy and vibe is so calm chill and good , Ms Lana is a sweet heart she was so eager to answer all of my questions and help me reach my goal I absolutely loveee her. Definitely recommend to trying out her gym.

These ladies motivate me such much
I work out at least 4x a week
The unlimited group classes is such a bonus
Very great environment
Energy amazing Gym very clean
If you do not have a Gym home

(March 23, 2023, 9:08 am)This is my favorite gym in Atl! Organized classes and they have a great class schedule! The gym has some of my favorite equipment as well. I love that the instructors cater to each client individually and to all fitness levels!
