Coach has worked with me for 3 months. Even though I am almost 80 in that short time I have noticed an improvement of my balance and an increase in strength. The unique ability coach has to motivate as a professional while being a friend means I look forward to seeing him at each session. My sessions with him are time well spent

100 percent recommend Jason. He is laser focused on your fitness goals and knows exactly what to recommend to get you there! I have had a lot of personal trainers and he is definitely at the top of the heap.

I started working out with Jason a few months ago and have had really good results. I'm fitter and stronger. Jason introduced me to exercises that I would not have thought of or discovered myself but have been really beneficial in working out some of the muscles that don't get a lot of attention otherwise. The gym is really well equipped and Jason leads me through a varied workout efficiently to optimize the use of our time. Highly recommended!
