20,000 Leagues Scuba and Aquatics

Everyone at this shop is a dive professional and a really nice person. They are helpful and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked with top quality gear. They are great at organizing dive travel. Last but not least, the instructors and courses are top notch.

Alan and Marshall are amazing instructors. I've been with this shop since I began my diving journey in 2020 and it definitely feels like a family. When they say "dive buddies for life", they really mean it. All the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and able to help you with any questions you may have, whether it be about diving, which gear is best, or what dive sites/ shops are best for the destination you choose. They are very friendly and have a great selection of gear. If you're looking for a dive shop in North Georgia, this is the one.

20,000 Leagues was professional and through with the training. (I am ex-military and I felt like I was back in the Army getting a block of instruction.) Instructor Sunny (our teacher), was tough but fair. He held us (me) to very high standards even with the things I wasn't comfortable doing...he was patient and encouraging...but demanding until I got it 'right'.

These guys are awesome and I would recommend 20,000 Leagues to anyone thinking about getting their open-water certification. My girlfriend is a master-diver and she commented to me how through she thought the training was.

I just spent a week on a Liveaboard SCUBA trip. I am a surgeon that teaches surgery and have been a flight instructor even longer than over 40 years. I carefully watched and listened for a week to a manager and Dive instructor from 20,000 leagues dive shop (Alan) and I am sure he is the very best instructor I have ever seen. I am a Divemaster with over 1000 dives and can give my unreserved recommendation to start your dive experience with him!
