(April 7, 2021, 3:21 pm)The staff and administration at Benton House Douglasville, GA are superlative! Our mother has been there since the year after they opened-first in Assisted Living and now in Memory Care-almost 10 years. She’s always been exceptionally well cared for, particularly by Jenny, the Nursing Director, and her medical team. Mother feels very much at home in Benton House. She is comfortable and secure, even as she has been transitioned into Hospice again recently. We are especially grateful for how responsive everyone has been to her needs and ours as a family during the pandemic. The Memory Care staff in Beacon under Karen’s leadership is always patient, kind and compassionate. Given the difficult and terribly inconsistent experiences we have encountered with our other Mom over the last three years at a nursing home in North Georgia we know how truly fortunate and blessed we have been in finding Benton House. The facility offers consistent, quality care and support for residents and their families over time-a rare find indeed!
(April 7, 2021, 11:28 am)My mother is in Beacon (Memory Care). Benton House takes the best care of her physically, mentally, and in every way. Their love for her is so evident as she is content and happy. Best staff hands down from the front office to direct care. They are all our family now!

(September 23, 2019, 7:11 pm)Large enough whereby residents and family feel that it has all offerings and capabilities without being so large that one person is just a face. For over seven years they have careed for my family as if it was their own family member. Clean all the time and very pretty grounds. The food is very good, and the activities and short trips keep people active. There are always people from the community coming in and entertaining or ministering or both. They frequently have special themed days that are fun and entertaining. Family members are continually kept informed, and encouraged to participate if able. They also are highly helpful in making certain families are informed for all financial needs. And location is ideal. Highly recommend Benton House of Douglasville.
