  Robin was very welcoming and informative when letting me know about my car. She even offered me snacks and water to keep me comfortable during the wait! Wonder worker she deserves a raise ;)

  Great customer service and quickly finished! I had a large screw in my tire. The first place I went to said they were too busy to get to me that day. At the Mavis on Douglas Blvd, though, they were friendly and helpful even though they were about to close.

  We visited this place recently to get new tires for my car. Although there were some unforeseen setbacks with their computer system, the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She kept us well-informed about the situation and attentively listened to our questions and concerns. Overall, she displayed extensive knowledge and was dedicated to ensuring we had a pleasant experience at their location.
