I was renting from them for 6 years before they moved to Atlanta. Even though the company moved when something was wrong with the house Tony was back in Philly in a heartbeat to fix the problem. Very reliable and understanding. Even though I havent rented from them in over a year he still came through and gave me reference for another house.

Ccfs has good people that cares about their tenants and reacts fast when theirs and issue ...I would recommend ccfs 100% ..Been renting for 8 years + from Mr. Archer
