I purchased a ladder rack for my 2016 ProMaster and had them install it. They seemed really nice and answered any question I asked. The only downside was I had to adjust the top where the ladder sits myself. This is something I would have expected them to do but I don't think it should affect the amount of stars. The was friendly and I purchased the ladder rack and had it installed for the same price other competitors were trying to sell just the rack for!! Amazing deal.

Went the extra mile. When they did not have the part they called around and gave us other potential stores and phone numbers/addresses. We found the trailer adapter we needed and did not waste a 300 mile trip to pick up our daughter's car.
