Big Dave's Cheesesteaks

I’ve loved Big Dave’s since his first location. Was too excited when I heard he opened the second location closer to where I lived. I’ve visited this location a few times . The food as always is delicious. ALWAYS! The only let down and reason for 4 stars is each time I’ve been they’re sold out of every egg roll flavor other than salmon. I’ve been early in the day, later in the day, beginning, middle and end of the week. Can’t seem to catch a time when this location has the egg rolls. I tell my partner about them every time we decide to go, hoping he’ll finally get to try one. No such luck yet. Other than that Big Dave’s in the place! Best damn Philly I’ve had outside of Philly. Only place I’ve been to in Atl that has water ice. There’s no point in going anywhere else, this is THE ONLY Philly place that should be on your radar.

I love the food especially the egg rolls. I just wish that they work out a system so that the customers are not limited to purchase only 3 per customer. This limitation makes it hard for me to bring back to those that can’t get out and drive over themselves. Nevertheless, the cashiers are always pleasant and the people who call out the numbers are nice as well. So they have great service and great food. Also, be sure to check your order before leaving, they made a mistake with mine, but since the food was good I didn’t mention it. I ate it anyway.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to drop by. My second trip and it was good. Sydney my cashier was exceptional. Very pleasant and patient..she came through. She was all about what customer service truly is. She made it happen for me and for that I am truly thankful. Although she had on a mask but you can tell by someone eyes the kindness and it was definitely there. Big Dave's Cheesesteaks you have a true winner on your team.
