Piedmont Newnan Hospital Emergency Room

I've been to this ER previously and had a good experience. I went 12/27/23 and had a great experience. Extraordinary medical pros showed great care and attention with an awesome can do attitude! Compliments to Dr G. Compliments to the tracking system used to keep the patients flowing through the system. This day was unlike any I've seen. Full!

Unfortunately had to bring both my children here this week for illness. The wait was about an hour that we sat in waiting room. Once pulled back I was there for 3 hours with my son and 4 with my daughter. The staff was very kind. Nurses were amazing (loved Sylvia). Providers took care of our needs and sent us on our way in much better condition than when we had arrived. Downside-The bathroom was dirty and smelled like a urinal and the room had trash on the floor and was not super clean. Most Staff did not use hand sanitizer when coming in the room, which was surprising. Overall - great experience for an ER.
