You’ll know who Lucy Is right away .. it’s like looking at the sky with diamonds ! I met Lucy twice . Truly a joy and expert in color , my hair never looked better . Thank you Lucy for my beautiful color , style and cut . You must go see Lucy ! Affordable and amazing results !
