I added my mother to my plan and didn't get any reduction despite the fact that we were prompted to come in on a "promo". I went back and forth with a representative and decided to just leave the matter alone. My mother ended up going back into the store to see about switching her phone and a representative, Jenny, immediately noticed our monthly rate was incorrect. She changed the rate and provided the necessary information for my mother to come pack and upgrade to the phone she desires. These are the kind of people that need to be employed in the customer service industry. Thank you for your knowledge, attention to detail, and bubbly personality.
