Villas by the Lake

I really enjoy the piece and quite I get here. I moved in during October 2020 and have been treated well by the staff. Most people only write reviews when something bad happens, but I have been treated well here . The staff worked with me in times of need, and Monique is the best to ever do it! She truly cares, and makes sure that your needs are met. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the cleanliness of the breeze ways, but I trust those issues will be fixed. All in all, know that you are coming to a place where you can feel at home.💪🏾💯

Canaya is quick with responses to my questions and very sweet

My overall experience with the complex , is based on one person. Monique the assistant property manager and the front office, in my honest opinion is the heartbeat that keep everything running smoothly. If it wasn't for her professionalism, honesty, and compassion that she demonstrated on a regular basis, I would have looked for a different apartment complex. She deserves to be recognized as a shining star, that make Villa's by the lake the professional and outstanding property it is to date.
