South Air Heating, Cooling & Insulation

Everything went as planned. The guys came early, prepped my condo with tarps and carefully made a path to and from the balcony. About 5 hours later, I got a call that they were wrapping up. My place looked great and I got a total HVAC replacement, with a handsome low profile outdoor unit and inside air handler. Nothing about heating and air is cheap! But, I’m happy with the system, the quality, and the install for the price. Everyone at South Air was terrific and I look forward to them servicing my system in the years to come.

What an excellent experience we had today using South Air. Called multiple other AC company’s and no other company could respond as quickly as this one. They provided excellent customer service and in a timely manner. Got to brag on service tech Jesse. He identified the problem and had it resolved less than an hour. Jessie was an incredible person to work with. He was thorough in his inspection to our issues and explained everything along the way to help us better understand what was going on with our unit. He let us know things to look for in the future and coached us on preventative ways to help keep our unit in good working condition. He was on time and professional with an affordable price. My technicians were replacing our furnace and air conditioner… it was a difficult job due to the placement of the furnace, but they did a wonderful job! This is the second time we have used their services and I’ve been very happy with their work.
