I love The Villages Health Care. Yesterday, I had an appointment with Physician Assistant Tyron Paul Hines. He was excellent. I had him one other time last year for the same reason. He gave me two injections and I didn't feel a thing. He was also very knowledgeable in his field of medicine and gave me helpful answers to questions I had. So far, I've had nothing but good experiences with The Villages Health Care Center and their entire staff.

The village health is always ready to help. The receptionist are very friendly willing to answer questions. When you arrive to your appointment they don't keep you in the waiting room for very long, you barley have time to take a seat before the nurse comes and guides you to a room. It is a very professional service they provide. You actually get one on one time with the doctor. Both the Dr and the nurses make sure you aren't in any need of refills before you leave. They also make sure you have a clear knowledge of your treatment.

The reception people give undivided attention to one person at a time. This makes me feel important to them. They really want to answer anything that I wonder about. The medical assistant was extremely personable. Dr. Jun is very easy to talk with. He understands what I ask about. He and the medical assistant both give easy to understand explanations.

I’ve never been one to have a primary Dr because we moved often. However, TV is home now and had to have one. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kathie Greene! She will take the time to listen and offer alternative views and advice. You can truly be honest with her and she is non judgmental! I actually live talking with her.
