1000% recommend! We were trying to get home from vacation, 12 hours from home 😳, and our van broke down. Miles answered at an early hour, met us conveniently close so we didn't have to be towed very far, communicated with the tow truck driver because we were unfamiliar with the area, was knowledgeable and fair priced. He picked up what we needed, came to us, and helped our family when we were in a scary, desperate moment. He was honest and easy to communicate with. He literally saved our trip, wallet, and sanity. Miles was such a pleasure to work with. We were stranded in Brooksville on our travels back home. We were 3 hours away from home. I had to make an emergency exit to a near by hotel. I called auto zone the next morning to start looking for a mobile mechanic. I received miles number and I made the call to him he answered and sensed our emergency of needing to get home.
Based on the symptoms of the vehicle it concluded to be our alternator. Within a few hours miles called and said he would be at our hotel to change the alternator.
