I've been reading up on the amazing health benefits of the infrared sauna and salt therapy. The combination of the sauna and salt room have had great results on managing my allergies. I walk away feeling refreshed and energized. Plus, the owner and her staff go over and above to make a great experience. I highly recommend and will definitely keep returning.

This place is amazing. I had a couple massage and we used the salt room and sauna. It was all perfect and was able to relax and feel renewed.
