    West Hills performed the 30k mileage service on my Mazda CX-5. While checking over my vehicle, the tech found a screw in one of my tires. He was able to apply a patch, which saved me purchasing an entirely new tire. Service was great, vehicle ready on time as promised, and I got a discount, plus coupons for car washes. The service was easy to schedule on-line and I consider the price to be a good value to keep my vehicle running well.

    He took his time to listen my explain about several issues with my Mazda 5 with engine check light warning and electricity problems with windows. However, during the repairing technician found more issues than what I expected. I requested Cole to take an pictures of providing the new issue. He does it with attached pictures of the issue and what is type of the parts. My minivan was out for almost 9 days of service time. He keeping update on it. Honestly, I hoped that I don't have to go back again, but I will if it is must.

    Took my vehicle in for a 90,000 maintenance. The Service Adviser, Cole, was great and professional from check-in, an update in the duration of how everything was going, and check-out. The Services Tech, Josh, I believe his name is, was also great, and knowledgeable. My vehicle is running great, and Inlook forward to returning for future maintenance. Much appreciated! Thanks!

    I got a check engine light and knew it was not running properly, so took it in to West Hills Mazda. The technicians could not identify the problem accurately at first, and had my vehicle for several weeks, mostly due to supply issues. Eventually the problem was discovered and fixed, but then another problem had been created by the technician and that had to be fixed also. Unfortunately, one set of stars is not appropriate for the situation. I would give the repair of my vehicle three stars, I would give the time it took one star, but the overriding positive experience was customer service. Phillip’s 5-star service went above and beyond and I will return to West Hills Mazda because of that customer service.
