Duncan McCartha and the entire Megram Construction staff are extremely professional and customer focused. I have had many roofs replaced and repaired with Megram over the last 10 years, and I ALWAYS refer them to all of my Real Estate clients. They have done all types of roofing for me from commercial to residential including metal, rolled flat roofs, and traditional 25 year shingle roofs. I have never had any issues and they have exceptional follow up and are always there if we need anything. Duncan has assisted many of my clients with insurance claims and saved them thousands of dollars on new roofs to meet the current hurricane guidelines and get the bonus of insurance savings.

Our new build roofing process was super delayed and Duncan McCartha has been so patient and great to work with. Our framer took so long that they had to do our roof in 2 stages to make sure the wood did not warp. He drove by on a regular basis to check the status and answer my many questions. Duncan has been very patient, polite and very responsive even after hours! The quality of the work and customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this company.

Thank you for always being accessible. It took only 2 days for my roof to be done. Thank you Austin for running a great crew. Clean, on time (6:45am) each morning. Dumpster filled up, new one showed up an hour later. No lost of Time, great team work. Austin even fixed a sprinkler head that was accidentally broken. Quality company-Quality people.
