Rotech

Rotech and specifically Nadia in customer service, have been wonderful. I found myself needing a wheelchair as part of my release from rehab and Nadia acted as my advocate for a smaller chair for comfort and independence I was released before a smaller chair was available.

My experience with Rotech has been great and I would recommend them to all. Ask for Nadia, she is the best!!

I had a complicated situation where my grandmother had an accident visiting in GA and had to discharge temporarily in GA with O2 but then get back to FL which involved coordinating with 2 locations to get her needed oxygen. I did not have a choice about O2 companies as the hospital arranged it and when I looked at the reviews for Rotech Sarasota I admit I was a bit nervous. I only came here to post because my experience was much the opposite so far of many of the reviews here and I understand most people only post when they are not happy. I can't comment on any billing or financial issues yet but I can tell you both Brittany and Debra were very responsive and helpful in the process of the initial set-up in Sarasota. The drivers also went above and beyond when there was a gate issue at my gran's Sarasota home to get the delivery done. So far I am very pleased so just wanted to give credit where credit is due!
