Perspire Sauna Studio

This was the best experience! The most important thing to me was that it was very very clean. While you are in your personal sauna you can watch Netflix and it’s like a mini vacation. So relaxing! Afterwards you feel like you have just ran a mile. It’s like runners high. There’s a cold eucalyptus towel on a cool little stone dish that stays cold the whole time. They have electrolytes for purchase that are very yummy, I tried the grapefruit. Overall this was amazing and I will definitely be back!

I love Perspire. I stumbled upon this place while searching for options to help with reducing redness of scars, as I had surgery to remove a skin cancer from my neck that makes me self conscious. The yellow light over the past four months has definitely made a difference in the scar appearance, but I always leave Perspire feeling SO relaxed. It's the perfect place to refresh and rejuvenate. There are so many benefits all around here. Thankful to have found Perspire.

Just amazing! Gave this place a shot after seeing posts on instagram and now I’m a regular. Kim is usually the manger on staff when I arrive and she is always so friendly and super helpful with any questions I have. Saunas are big, clean and so relaxing. I always feel like a different person when leaving and the benefits continue the next day and on. I make the drive from Tampa and will continue to do so for the awesome benefits and environment.

Great product. Professional/personable team. Strongly recommend Perspire-Lakewood Ranch if you are looking to maximize health benefits of red-light sauna in a relaxing; positive, environment. Also, the gigantic TV's in each sauna room with access to Youtube/Netflix/Hulu were freaking awesome!!

I had a great experience at Perspire yesterday. It was by far the best detox sauna experience that I have ever had here. I came in feeling sluggish and walked out feeling both relaxed and equally a bit like a super hero. The place itself is beautiful and very clean. The staff is professional , friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Little details really do matter and complete a service. They have quality cleansing cloths in the bathroom for your face. They provide you with ample amount of nice towels and they give you this dreamy ice cold essential oil infused face cloth for after your session. I now want these in my home freezer. Super refreshing ! Enjoy the light therapy, infrared & a nice variety of mindless meditation or other entertainment. Looking forward to my next session.🙏🏻😊
