Best nursing home we have inspected in all my years of public service. The staff and management are the best in the business. The new operator Centers for Aging and Rehab, non-profit seems to have carried on the tradition of caring and even made it better!
My mother has been at this facility for quite sometime. She can be extremely difficult to deal with I appreciate the staff there as I know some interactions are probably not pleasant. I had the pleasure of speaking with Javier the Director of Nursing he said very nice things about my mom I truly appreciate that. Elena has also been very helpful.
My brother was a resident at Crossbreeze. He was treated very well there. The director of nursing, Javier Orta is excellent. He has turned that place around, making the comfort of the residents his main priority. The only reason my brother left Crossbreeze is because he was doing well enough to be placed in assisted living.
