Kevin to all the time and care she needed to ensure that she had the correct model and that the fit and settings were perfect for her. Highly recommend this family owned business!

(February 7, 2023, 5:42 pm)Thank you, Kevin for helping a Canadian in distress. My hearing aid stopped working while here in Sarasota. My Audiologist from home sent me a part and Kevin was kind enough to install it, check out my units and do an ear exam. He treated me both kindly and professionally. If I lived here, there would be no other place to go, Thanks again.

(December 5, 2022, 4:28 pm)Glad I came across this place. Called for my Father who lives in town who is starting to need hearing aids. Talked to Kevin. Was very professional on the phone. Asked a lot of question to make sure what my father needed and scheduled a time for him to come in for a consultation. Took him in did and Kevin did the exam as well. After the exam walked us through what he would need. No unnecessary upsell, pressure to buy anything. Recommend a few things at different price points and talked about options through insurance as well, but that was it. Told us they can order what we need when we were ready or can ask arround to see who can accommodate us better if needed. Decided to order the hearing aids through them and came in fast and work great. My Father is very pleased with them and say they fit comfortably and can definitely hear more clearly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone with needs for hearing devices!
