(September 25, 2023, 6:52 pm)I absolutely love Miss Nelda, I get so much out of my gentle yoga 🧘🏼♀️ She educates you about your body and why certain stretches are so important for your overall health. She’s both patient and firm, because she won’t have you hurt yourself trying to do things that are not within your reach, love that about this lady. I highly recommend!!! ♥️
