Groundwork Yoga

Jody is one of the most experienced yoga teachers I have come across as her knowledge base spans over 2 decades and a variety of styles. She is not only a dedicated teacher, but a continual student as well by seeking out different forms and teachers from various backgrounds; sometimes traveling to them for the experience alone or stumbling across a space to practice on one of her journeys. I highly recommend Jody and GWY.

Jody is a “gem” of a yoga instructor and we are so lucky to have her sharing her joyfulness with us. She teaches us, guides us, and gently challenges us with our practice. She has a great love for yoga and it shines through her. Looking forward to many more classes with her.

Jody is an amazing teacher! She inspired me to continue growing in my yoga journey. She taught YTT (yoga teacher training) with passion and knowledge. She strives to learn and evolve within her own practice so she can share new ideas to her students. Her classes are well-rounded, philosophical, thoughtful and inspirational.

Jody makes yoga fun and accessable. I took my first ever yoga class with her about two years ago and have loved every class since. She is a calming presence who takes any pressure out of the practice. The physical results were great, but the mental aspect was even better. She leads our office yoga sessions and pays attention to every person in the class. We all love her.
