I was very happy with my experience. I ordered a refrigerator part on a Tuesday and received it the next day. They had the best price on the internet. Most important, I now have ice coming through the refrigerator door for the first time in 2-3 years.
Very attentive people. Very knowledgeable of their bussiness. Good parts inventory. If they do not have the part, tjey order it for you, and to arrive in reasonable time.
I needed a stove temperature probe right before Thanksgiving. Being new to the area, I searched appliance parts and went to to other places closer, one of which was closed unannounced with a note on the door, the other didn’t have it. I made it here and they had it, and at a good price as well. Service woman was pleasant as well. I will make this place my go to appliance parts choice.
