Moved here a little close to a year ago and I do have to say the landlord Keith is extremely awesome and if need be he will work with you in the event you need a little understanding as long as you show an attempt on your part as well.
Major improvements in recent years. Management has been consistently renovating and applying new systems and facilities in place to improve the lives of the residents. I read the comment about the mail... there is a dedicated security camera watching the mail to ensure no foul play. This is one of the nicer parks in the area with a new picnic area and onsite management with maintenance crew.
My mom lives here, this place is so nice, they have cameras all over the park and it's always quite. I feel really safe when I come here.
