(August 24, 2019, 12:26 pm)This review is for the Lakeland Harley Davidson service department, in particular. The service department has been under new management for a few months now, and you can absolutely tell a difference.
My motorcycle was stuck in their shop for several months, and when Ranger took over the shop, he made it a point to get my motorcycle back to me STAT, and compensated me a MORE THAN FAIR amount for my troubles. I'm not sure I would have ever brought my bike back to this location, but now that I know the quality of the new leadership in the service department, I'm more than willing to trust them with my bike again.
(August 13, 2019, 10:56 am)Great shop that always has something going on every weekend. Usually a cookout with music. Lots of Bikes and gear, shirts. Its located in an odd spot and could use more parking. Stop by and say hi.
(July 30, 2019, 11:12 am)Went for a memorial for a fallen biker. The staff at HD were awesome. They donated their time, items for auction, and location for this happen. If it weren't so far away, I'd definitely shop there.
(July 26, 2019, 3:10 pm)I had a great buying experience at Lakeland Harley! The Sales Rep I dealt with was Charles. He went way out of his way to make sure I got the right motorcycle for me. No pressure sales. I'd recommend this store to anybody looking to buy a new or used bike.
