New mom here and I was worried about my baby failing her hearing screening twice. We were referred to John Hopkins for yet another hearing evaluation. The front desk lady & doctor were very welcoming and guided us throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure to have the doctor we had (I forgot her name) and my baby passed her hearing evaluation. It was a good day!
