(February 2, 2016, 4:45 pm)Wonderful experience. Private yoga lesson on the beach. Learning to listen to your body as you hear the waves wash onto the shore. The sand is a perfect surface for your hands, feet and body as you learn the different poses. Michelle was a wonderful instructor. I wish I could take her (and the beach) back home to Indiana with me.
