I’m particular about car washes so I can keep my car looking beautiful and this place doesn’t disappoint. My car comes out just as clean, bright and shiny as it did the first day. The staff is also friendly and attentive. Couldn’t ask for a better combo than that. Highly recommend!

I love this place, I love the shaded spots for vacuuming, in this Florida heat, it's necessary. I love the damp microfiber towels and window spray, just having these items on hand makes cleaning my car so easy.
I also love the staff, they are always so friendly with a smile and a wave. Today in particular, I want to commend Jackson who was so kind to me when I mistakenly got locked out of my car. He let me use his phone to call and text my husband and gave me good suggestions and reassurance. I really appreciate his kindness at a moment when I had so much anxiety.

Even if you don't get your car washed, you can still use their vacuum for free to clean the inside of your car. The people who work there are super nice.

While the experience is great overall, there's room for improvement in the blower and vacuum systems. A bit more power in these areas would further enhance the quality of the wash. Nevertheless, the friendly and accommodating staff contribute significantly to the positive atmosphere of the place, making it a top-notch option for car owners.

I was saddened when my branch bank moved from the entrance to my development but very happy to discover that the Tidal Wave was replacing it. Our daughter, who lives in same area, tried it out and brought info back.

We were happy to buy a family pass for two cars at just a little more than a single wash. With two young grandkids that accompany us frequently to church, eating out and other activities, we often have various messes in our van. So we make good use of the car wash.

But our favorite thing by far is the covered area for inside cleaning. The shade is great for Florida heat. Plus the free vacuum hoses have great suction and long hoses to easily reach anywhere in the van. And there are cleaning cloths and spray cleaners for the dash, seats, doors, windows, etc.

A great experience and definitely worth the price! Just a caution - avoid Friday afternoon and weekend mornings as those are very busy times. There are two lines to enter. Right side for those with passes, left side for those without.
