I went in to the store today and was so pleased with the level of service I received. I couldn't figure out how to take the back of a watch off to change its battery. The gentleman took the time to do it for me out of the kindness of his heart. Super guy, real friendly and when the time comes to get engaged I will be returning to this store to get my ring. Hats off to you guys thank you

I just stopped in to have a bracelet repaired. It was a minor adjustment done immediately and at no charge. That is the way to get a customer for life. I'll be back.

Replaced a few baby diamonds, cleaned my rings and added rhodium. I am om awe! Beautiful work!
