Nice pool and open concept very nice. Annoying as neighbor but that's not the complex's fault

The plumbing issues rule out a 5 rating. The HOA fees seem high to me, but I do enjoy living here.

Just moved in here and really like the place. It's quiet and my neighbors seem friendly and respectful. The golf course is nice to walk our dog around with plenty of parks in the area with in walking distance and the beach is just a 20 minute bike straight down our road. There is everything we need within a 20 minute radius. Our condo is nice with a lot of space and a large screened balcony. We did have to update it which was fine as we could do it to our taste. If you are thinking of moving here I recommend it for the price. We did our due diligence and this place ticked most of our boxes.
