Virginia Street Dermatology

I received an appointment very quickly. The office staff was very polite and helpful. Dr Soe was very professional. She inspected me for skin cancer cells and promptly treated me for potential cancers and biopsied a suspicious legion. All very professionally and quickly.

I really love this office first of all it’s super easy to get in and out of the office. The parking is very accessible right to the front door. There’s tons of parking spaces plenty of handicap spaces in the front for somebody who’s older or handicapped that makes things so convenient. Everything‘s on one level and very well located.

I have mostly seen PAs while I have been there, but both of them have been excellent helpful quick. I’m always serviced almost immediately and I find it easy to get appointments in there once I was on the books and it wasn’t too terribly long to get the first one. Check in and check out is always fast and easy. The girls are super friendly up there. This is definitely my favorite office as far as Dermatology goes.

I really like this office. Dr. Soe is personable and professional. And when I had a question about a statement I received in the mail, my call was returned promptly and the billing coordinator was able to answer my questions and take my payment with ease. Thanks guys!

Blown away by their efficiency. I make my appointments online, without having to call. A+ for use of technology! Plenty of parking. I am always welcomed by friendly front desk staff and I don’t have to wait long at all. The entire office including the physicians are personable, and make me feel very comfortable. Dr. Soe and her team exceed all of my expectations and I highly recommend them.

The assistant as well as the Doctor did listen to me and I feel they understand my situation. I felt comfortable in their environment and know Dr. Zoe will help me. Thank you for your good service!
And by the way the Receptionist is very friendly too.
